SJS Carpet Cleaners Respond to Coronovirus concerns for customers.
Following a staff training day for all our Carpet cleaners, SJS would like to reassure our customers that we are considering the risks and will be prepared for whatever action needs to be taken. Here are our safety measures and actions, to keep both ourselves and our customers safe:
• We aim to provide regular website / social media updates
• We clean equipment our after every job
• Stuart, Sean and Jon have industry approved masks to wear if needed or requested
• We undertake to check body temperature (& keep records) to be sure there is no risk of virus contagion
• We will check if customers have any concerns for vulnerable or at-risk family members, so they can feel reassured that by letting us into their homes (or businesses) there is no additional risk to anyone’s health
• We are able to offer deep cleaning to all carpets, upholstery and curtains
• We want to be proactive to ensure the best possible service to customers
